- Provide top-notch customer support by investigating, resolving, and addressing billing and operational inquiries from clients and internal teams.
- Leverage advanced technology to interact with clients and manage critical billing and policy account updates.
- Proactively seek insights from internal departments to enhance service delivery and promptly resolve issues.
- Collaborate effectively with agents and clients to ensure their needs are met, maintaining accurate billing and policy records.
- Champion improvements in customer experience by proposing enhancements to workflows and processes to management.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, addressing concerns related to service inquiries, overdue balances, and disputes.
- Conduct precise account reconciliations to provide vital information to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and rectify systematic discrepancies in premium disbursement and billing distributions.
- Actively contribute to cultivating a strong, values-driven culture within the department and the organization.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or billing roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in technology and software relevant to billing and customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.00.
