Optical Sales Professional

The Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth at LensCrafters. This position requires a strong passion for providing excellent service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
- Product Knowledge: Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, and assist patients in selecting frames that meet their vision needs.
- Store Environment: Participate in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, and contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
- Skills: Basic phone and math skills, familiarity with point of sale systems, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
