Job Overview

Atlas Advanage is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to new and existing customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and ensure long-term customer retention.
  • Relationship Building: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Product Knowledge: Deliver quality product presentations and answer questions with honesty and transparency.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet personal and customer service sales metrics and evaluate performance on a weekly basis.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Record Keeping: Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in accordance with the company confidentiality mandates.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in customer service, customer support, sales or related field.
  • Track Record: Track record of going above and beyond for customers.
  • Communication Skills: Strong active listening skills and ability to build rapport with various personalities.
  • Adaptability: Quick learner and able to process constructive feedback in a positive manner.
  • Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Education: High school degree.
