Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our international customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders and invoices using our ERP system
  • Handle email inquiries from customers and direct calls to other departments
  • Work closely with the Warehouse on cuts made after the Exception Report has been processed
  • Document management and electronic filing
  • Customer communication via email and phone
  • Work closely with the sales team regarding questions on orders and items
  • Ensure daily that all processes and procedures are met
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree or bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience with international experience
  • Knowledge of export shipping, documentation, and country requirements
  • Current, working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred), Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and plan to effectively meet daily deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team environment with varied departments and diverse personalities
Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Salary Range

$60K to $65K
