The individual must demonstrate excellent attendance and be prepared to work a flexible schedule that accommodates events, including evenings and weekends.

Open availability, professional demeanor, exceptional interpersonal skills, and self-motivation are essential.

This role offers an hourly compensation ranging from $17 to $20.

Benefits for part-time positions include a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, fresh food products promptly for guest service.

Prepare both hot and cold dishes in accordance with company recipes and portion control standards.

Contribute as a collaborative team member with specific duties related to food preparation, outstanding service, and product delivery.

Report any necessary maintenance for kitchen appliances.

Uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work areas.

Monitor and test food items to ensure proper cooking techniques are followed.

Portion, arrange, and garnish food plates for guest presentation.

Consult with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Supervisor to design menus and forecast food consumption.

Exhibit a proven ability to maintain excellent attendance as per company standards.

Qualifications:
Prior experience as a lead cook or kitchen supervisor is preferred.

Capable of operating standard kitchen equipment, including broilers, steamers, convection ovens, mixers, meat slicers, and chef knives.


Ability to communicate effectively with employees, colleagues, volunteers, management, and guests in a clear, professional, and respectful manner, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.

Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English is required.

Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven setting.

Possession of a valid food handling certificate as mandated by state and federal regulations is necessary.

ServSafe certification is preferred.
