Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience;
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the retail shop and surrounding areas;
  • Accurately handle cash and sales receipts, ensuring daily business reconciliation;
  • Package, label, and stock a variety of products, ensuring accurate signage and display;
  • Support the sales team in executing sales strategies and achieving sales goals;
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills;
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods;
  • Availability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
  • Ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
