Job Summary:

As a Branch Manager at Wintrust Financial, you will be responsible for leading daily branch operations while developing existing and new customer relationships. You will oversee branch operations, including hiring, training, and facility management. Additionally, you will manage the sales performance of the banking center staff, conduct coaching sessions, and address employee performance issues as needed. You will also resolve escalated customer matters and perform Personal Banker duties as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee branch operations, including hiring, training, and facility management

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail banking experience
* Previous retail banking and managerial experience
* Previous business development experience and experience working with small business customers
* May require NMLS certification
