Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Sales Agronomist to join our team at ALCIVIA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our producer members, identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive product sales within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute promotional activities and sales initiatives, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide expert advice and technical support to customers, staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce innovative and responsible solutions that advance customers' operations and promote sustainable practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role, with a strong understanding of the products and services within the assigned area of business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a safety-first mindset and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
