Land Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Land Development Manager to join our team in the Charlotte market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development and a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement land development strategies to meet business objectives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and acquire new land opportunities
* Manage land development projects from conceptualization to completion
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in land development
* Strong knowledge of land development principles and practices
* Excellent communication and project management skills
