Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodate special requests.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and maintain a positive demeanor with guests and team members.
  • Handle payment transactions following proper cash-handling procedures.
  • Ensure a clean and organized dining environment, meeting sanitation standards.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and relay relevant information to management.
  • Prepare the dining area before and after service, ensuring all equipment is operational.
  • Assist with special events and functions as needed.
