The Server is dedicated to delivering the highest quality of service to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient operations.
  • Meet certification requirements relevant to the position, including Alcohol Awareness and Food Handlers certifications.
  • Familiarize yourself with the restaurant's layout and the roles of each position.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the menu and daily specials.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing all food and beverage needs in a warm and professional manner.
  • Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset as necessary.
  • Be proficient in using the Point of Sale (P.O.S.) system.
  • Manage cashiering duties, including closing checks and completing end-of-shift paperwork.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, along with side work duties as assigned.
  • Keep tables and service stations well-stocked, tidy, and clean.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors or management.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred, along with experience in a hospitality setting.
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers certification required.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly.
  • Quickly evaluate and select among alternative courses of action.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
