Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians and leads to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Manage materials, machines, and the entire maintenance area to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure all preventative and reactive maintenance for all facility and operational assets is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Assist the manager in directing, managing, coaching, and mentoring personnel as needed.
  • Work a flexible schedule that may include night shift, overtime, and weekends to support a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
  • Maintain a personal inventory of tools necessary to perform the requirements of the position.
  • Troubleshoot and repair pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and process fluid transmission systems.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate process monitoring and equipment.
  • Lead others in a team-based environment and possess basic electrical skills.
