About the Job

At Danone, we're committed to manufacturing high-quality products and meeting customer demand. We're currently seeking a skilled Maintenance and Reliability Technical Manager to join our team at our Fort Worth, Texas yogurt manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the maintenance and reliability operations of the site, ensuring adherence to standards of work in maintenance, automation, and reliability teams.
  • Work closely with the plant director to direct and manage the support of day-to-day operation of the facility, ensuring a reliable operation.
  • Coordinate the activities of the manufacturing facilities' technical resources to ensure customer orders are received, scheduled, and produced safely and reliably.
  • Develop and implement a Spare Parts Stocking Strategy, including stock room management, parts kitting programs, and deployment of preventive and predictive tools.
  • Lead the development and implementation of cost-saving projects, focusing on fixed, variable, and marginal income.
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership to the Reliability Leaders and BU technical team, ensuring the plant operates in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' operational and management experience in an industrial or food/beverage manufacturing environment.
  • At least 5 years' experience in operation or technical capacity, with prior leadership experience required.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance programs and work order systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to develop trusting relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other company software packages.
