About the Job

At Danone, we're committed to manufacturing high-quality products and meeting customer demand. We're currently seeking a skilled Maintenance and Reliability Technical Manager to join our team at our Fort Worth, Texas yogurt manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the maintenance and reliability operations of the site, ensuring adherence to standards of work in maintenance, automation, and reliability teams.
  • Work closely with the plant director to direct and manage the support of day-to-day operation of the facility, ensuring a reliable operation.
  • Coordinate the activities of the manufacturing facilities' technical resources to ensure customer orders are received, scheduled, and produced safely and reliably.
  • Develop and implement a Spare Parts Stocking Strategy, including stock room management, parts kitting programs, and deployment of preventive and predictive tools.
  • Lead the development and implementation of cost-saving projects, focusing on reducing losses and improving reliability.
  • Partner with engineering to develop the BU and site technical masterplan, including the development and execution of the 3-5-year capital plan.
  • Drive technical solutions and provide leadership to project management teams responsible for development and execution of project scope, cost, and schedule.
  • Direct and control the deployment of innovation, capital programs, and projects to improve performance in areas of product quality, productivity, and capacity.
  • Ensure the plant operates in a safe and environmentally responsible manner while achieving high productivity and low costs.
About You

We're looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' operational and management experience in an industrial or food/beverage manufacturing environment. Prior leadership experience is required. A bachelor's degree or advanced degree in an engineering discipline or similar technical field is preferred.

You should have demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance programs, and work order systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills, are essential. Experience in leading and managing technical disciplines and budgets in a medium site manufacturing organization is essential.
