Maintenance Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team at Molson Coors Brewery Operations in Fort Worth, TX. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and expertise in maintaining the optimal functioning and reliability of our plant assets and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead plant electrical and mechanical operations to achieve high-performance team culture and drive change management initiatives to improve plant and process operations.
  • Contribute to the operations manager group on site, developing short-term tactics and contributing to the brewery strategy over a 5-year horizon.
  • Actively participate in Line Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings and execution of the daily plan, including reporting results of the previous 24 hours.
  • Support development and lead portions of Line Daily Direction Setting, 90-Day loss-elimination plans, and the annual maintenance plan.
  • Own the Maintenance, Planning, and Scheduling System, leading the scheduling of maintenance work and ensuring the revision and updating of Maintenance Technical Documentation occurs as necessary.
  • Serve as a coach and resource for the line team and actively participate in Line DDS-DMS meetings and execution of the maintenance plans.
Requirements:
  • Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives.
  • Confident and competent, with excellent business relationships within the business.
  • Results-driven, with a proven track record in delivering results.
  • Motivated leader who can inspire others, with a respect for commitments and ability to obtain optimal results from the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or plant engineering.
  • Experience in asset care/maintenance and previous work history in maintenance planning/scheduling.
