The Role

We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our Merchant Decisioning team. As a key member of our team, you'll partner with Data Science, Finance, and Product Operations to drive strategic decisions and develop solutions that address the complex needs of small businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies for Merchant Decisioning, aligning with Parafin's business goals and small business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with founders to shape the long-term vision for Parafin's funding and payments experiences.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in fintech product management, with a strong focus on B2B commercial sense.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive strategic decisions and streamline execution.
  • Strong product and business acumen, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
