Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to join our team. As a Product Management Intern, you will assist our Product Managers in defining product requirements, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps.

Responsibilities
  • Design and launch customer surveys to inform product development
  • Analyze and measure existing and new workflows to identify areas for improvement
  • Create product documentation and specifications to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Perform competitive analyses and market research to stay ahead of the competition
  • Participate in quality assurance testing to ensure high-quality products
Qualifications
  • Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong product management intuition with a focus on customer value and user experience
  • Inquisitive problem-solving skills with excellent research abilities
  • Familiarity with basic technical components of web-based applications
  • Bonus points for knowledge of accounting, HR, or payroll software
