Mortgage Branch Manager

As a key member of the Loomis team, the Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of our cash management centers, armored transportation services, and cash inventory vaults. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team of operations personnel, including drivers, guards, and tellers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operation management, preferably in the armored car or transportation industry. They will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, as well as overseeing the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of operations staff.

The Branch Manager will also be responsible for ensuring the safety of employees, vehicles, and facilities, as well as the security of cargo and terminal operations. They will work closely with sales, administration, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing branch staff, including scheduling and routing of armored routes
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Overseeing recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of operations staff
  • Ensuring safety and security of employees, vehicles, and facilities
  • Coordinating with sales, administration, and other departments

The Branch Manager will be a bonus-eligible position, with up to 60% annual bonus based on individual and company performance. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, flexible spending and health savings accounts, and dependent care account.
