Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rheumatologist to join our team as an Assistant or Associate Professor at the University of Missouri School of Medicine, Division of Rheumatology.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves providing clinical care to patients with various rheumatic diseases, teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and rheumatology fellows, and contributing to the growth and development of clinical services and research activities in the division.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a busy University clinic and at the Harry S. Truman VA hospital
  • Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and rheumatology fellows
  • Contribute to the development and growth of clinical services and research activities in the division
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to develop new clinical programs and research initiatives
Qualifications
  • MD/DO degree
  • Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology
  • Experience in academic medicine and teaching
