Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of **Executive Director of Operations**, **Director of Facilities and Fleet Management** at Family & Children's Services. This is a critical leadership position that requires a strong background in facilities management, operations management, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the design, maintenance, and upkeep of all company facilities, including buildings, offices, and grounds.
  • Construction Management: Lead construction projects from conception to completion, including bidding, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Fleet Management: Oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, including procurement, maintenance, disposal, and scheduling.
  • Security: Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard company assets, employees, and visitors.
  • Real Estate Management: Manage company-owned and leased properties, including lease negotiations, lease administration, and space planning.
  • Materials Management: Oversee inventory control, procurement, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies.
  • Mail System Management: Oversee the operation of the company's mailrooms, including inter-office mail, incoming, and outgoing mail processing.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 7-10 years' experience in facilities management, operations management, or a related role, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record.
