Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at V2X. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to achieve project objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Problem-Solving and Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to overcome project challenges and obstacles.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in civil engineering, with 5 years of specialized experience in construction management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in project management software and tools.
Working Environment

This role requires working in an operationally sensitive environment, with occasional work outdoors, in confined spaces, and irregular schedules. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a thorough medical and psychological exam, a polygraph interview, and an extensive background investigation.
