The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, with 10+ years of related experience either military or civilian equivalent. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality analysis, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating complex information to stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain complex data models, integrating multiple data sources and applying statistical analysis techniques
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on various topics, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports, visualizing data insights for key stakeholders
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders, both verbally and in writing
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement change

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of related experience, either military or civilian equivalent
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,100 - $121,900, based on experience and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans, as well as paid time off and flexible work arrangements.
