Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Insights Analyst Intern to join our team at HR&Co. LLC in Washington, DC.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

  • This internship will provide hands-on experience with data analysis, visualization, and insights generation using Power BI and other tools.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with senior colleagues to analyze diverse data, interpret results, and make recommendations for business improvement.
  • The intern will also assist with SharePoint operations, dashboard reviews/updates, training delivery, and other tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze diverse data using appropriate analytical procedures and methods.
  • Interpret results of analyses to reach meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
  • Provide information to help senior colleagues improve processes, evaluate the impact of external requirements, communicate findings to stakeholders, or determine gaps.
  • Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of systems, methods, processes, and procedures.
  • Use data information systems to respond to inquiries, prepare reports, and ensure the maintenance of accurate file documentation.

Requirements:

  • General knowledge of EXIM's programs, operations, rules, and processes.
  • Basic program and policy analysis skills using quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Basic skill in fact-finding and investigative techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of analysis and statistical methodologies.
  • Ability to utilize data systems, analytical models, and decision models to extract, analyze, and develop datasets, dashboards, reports, and/or visualizations.
  • Minimum GPA: 3.0
  • Must be enrolled as a full-time student at an HBCU, PBI, or MI College or University.
