Compensation:$52,000 - $56,000
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain relationships with vendors, manage budgets, and oversee on-site operations to guarantee the efficient functioning of the property.
- Handle rent collection, bill payments, and track expenditures to support financial objectives.
- Promote available units, gather referrals from current tenants, conduct property showings, and highlight the benefits of our locations and services to attract new tenants.
- Monitor incoming inquiries and prospects, integrating them into marketing strategies to boost leasing numbers.
- Negotiate leases with tenants and manage security deposits to ensure seamless move-in and move-out experiences.
- Assist the Property Manager in supervising the daily activities of homeowner associations.
- Collaborate with homeowners, board members, and vendors to address issues, resolve concerns, and ensure adherence to HOA regulations.
- Help prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other essential documents for board and homeowner meetings.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for communal areas, amenities, and individual properties within the community.
- Participate in property inspections and enforce HOA rules and regulations.
- Respond promptly to homeowner inquiries and requests for assistance.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting HOA management.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; friendly and helpful in person and over the phone.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
- 2-3 years of experience in property management or related fields, particularly in homeowner association management.
- Strong knowledge of HOA governing documents, including bylaws, CC&Rs, and regulations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging effectively with homeowners, board members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
