Job Summary

The Nursing Professional Development Generalist (LPN) will be responsible for implementing evidence-based practice and improving the skills of clinic back office staff. This role will involve partnering with other Center team members to deliver internal training programs and practicing as a learning facilitator, change agent, mentor, leader, and advocate for NPD specialty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess practice gaps and root cause analysis
  • Identify learning needs and outcomes
  • Plan, implement, and coordinate training programs
  • Facilitate positive learning and practice environments
  • Consult and evaluate practice
  • Develop and maintain evidence-based practice and research
  • Collaborate with Program Managers and Clinic Operational Managers
Requirements
  • Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse license (LPN)
  • Four (4) years of Clinic/Ambulatory or inpatient nursing practice experience
  • Previous experience as unit lead or preceptor preferred
