About the Role:

Mary Bridge Children's Hospital is seeking a skilled Pediatric Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to promote a positive and supportive care environment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
  • Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a pediatric setting.
