A Day in the Life of a Sales Associate - Customer Service Representative

This role is anything but monotonous. You will engage with a diverse range of customers, from individual smartphone users to large enterprises requiring extensive lighting and power solutions. As a customer-focused sales associate, your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming customers (both in-person and over the phone), providing assistance, maintaining a tidy and professional appearance (for yourself and the store), and adhering to all safety protocols related to batteries and bulbs. Expect to be active throughout the store, from processing sales at the cash register to organizing product displays.
