- Oversee the installation and repair of commercial roofing systems (e.g., waterproofing, TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, tile, shingles)
- Ensure that projects comply with specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, job site conditions, and crew attendance

Requirements:

- 5 years of commercial roofing experience (in-depth knowledge of roofing systems and installation techniques) with at least 2 years in a supervisory role; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
- Reliable to meet schedules, deadlines, and productivity standards; completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate people with an alternate plan; ability to prioritize work load, attain needed resources, and execute a plan that optimizes results
