Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, adhering to company standards and expectations.
  • Ensure amenities in all areas and locker rooms are properly stocked, clean, and neatly organized, providing a seamless experience for guests.
  • Restock merchandise in the retail store, ensuring a wide selection of products is available for guests to purchase.
  • Ensure a safe work environment, adhering to company safety protocols and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management, supporting the overall success of the Spa and Retail area.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a customer service environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
  • Experience working in a Spa and retail environment is highly desirable, with knowledge of spa products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
