The ideal candidate will have a strong background in massage therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Confirm appointments and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
+ Greet guests with a smile, maintain eye contact, and use their surname.
+ Ensure guests understand the service and are comfortable before beginning treatment.
+ Provide quality, safe, consistent, and ethical massage to all guests, checking regularly for comfort and pressure.
+ Interact with guests and fellow team members in a friendly and service-oriented manner, offering water at the end of each service.
+ Clean work areas, keeping them clean and prepared for the next guest and staff member.
+ Participate in required training, attend staff meetings, and check in with the Spa Concierge/Front Desk Attendant when arriving and leaving the Spa.**Requirements:**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ Current state license
+ 1-3 years of experience as a massage therapist
+ Availability to work weekends
