Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled People Operations Generalist to enhance our dynamic team at Podium. In this pivotal role, you will oversee essential HR functions and compliance initiatives. The perfect candidate will possess a solid grasp of HR best practices and a strong desire to foster operational efficiencies. You will be instrumental in advancing People Ops programs and initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revise and uphold HR policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Guarantee compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for our growing workforce.
  • Collaborate with our global HR partner to monitor offshore workforce activities.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, ideally as an HR Generalist.
