Job Summary:

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospice Account Executive to join our team. As a Hospice Account Executive, you will be responsible for marketing and selling our healthcare services to doctors' offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other referral sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and sell our healthcare services to referral sources, including doctors' offices, hospitals, and nursing facilities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources through ongoing assessment and education.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company financial and market share goals.
  • Conduct in-services, presentations, and educational luncheons to educate referral sources about our healthcare services.
  • Coordinate and complete on-site discharge planning when needed.
  • Design a regular schedule of visits to all referral sources in a geographically defined market area.
  • Participate in in-service programs and the HHA's QAPI program.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and submit all credentials in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of healthcare, home health, or hospice sales experience.
  • Licensed clinical experience is preferred.
  • Established community relationships and connections.
  • Excellent people and relationship skills.
  • Strong ability to present and effectively communicate.
  • Ability to work well independently and in groups.
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated personality, self-starter, genuine, empathetic, problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable regarding standards of practice for all services offered.
  • Valid and current driver's license and evidence of automobile insurance.
  • Ability to travel to multiple job sites and attend required meetings.
