Key Responsibilities:
  • Customized Solutions: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet the unique needs of each customer, ensuring they receive the best possible solution for their telecom requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Sales Pitch: Craft compelling sales pitches that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products and services, addressing customer concerns and objections with confidence and professionalism.
  • Closing Deals: Utilize your exceptional negotiation skills to close sales agreements, ensuring customers are satisfied and committed to our solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activity, and product information to support business growth and analysis.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional post-sales support and assistance to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices, develop new sales strategies, and drive collective success.
  • Targets and Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas, demonstrating your commitment to personal and team achievement.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum one year of door-to-door selling experience, effective communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and proficiency in computer and technical skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Sales-centric mindset, extensive product knowledge, digital proficiency, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
