We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Controls Technician Assistant to join our team at Trane Technologies.

In this role, you will assist Building Automation Controls Technicians in providing exceptional service and maintenance to our customers in a defined market.

You will be responsible for assisting in the commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC control systems in a commercial environment.

Using cutting-edge software and technology, you will diagnose and repair units, while maintaining the highest safety standards and security of company assets.

This is a highly physical role that requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders.

Must be able to safely and legally operate a vehicle using a seat belt, wear helmets, safety goggles, fall protection harness, and safety boots.

Additional requirements include being able to twist the trunk of your body 90 degrees in each direction, squat and touch the floor with both hands, reach your hands over your head, and stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods.

This role may be exposed to variable weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, heights, risk of electrical shock, noisy operating equipment, and other environmental conditions.
