About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Specialist to support our Department of the Army G2 team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and technical support to the Manpower and Audit Division, focusing on policy and program oversight of Intelligence Contingency Funds (ICF), Defense Intelligence Counterintelligence Expense (DICE), Risk Management Internal Control (RMIC), and the DoD Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Department of the Army G2 in policy and program oversight of ICF/DICE/RMIC/FIAR.
  • Analyze data and prepare presentations for senior-level decision makers.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to assigned portfolios.
  • Collaborate with the resource management community to ensure accuracy in deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or business.
  • 6+ years' analytical experience working with financial management, disbursing, military organizations, intelligence disciplines, and staff functions.
  • Knowledge of the Army Budget Office and Defense Intelligence Resource Management Office.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with complex calculations.
  • Strong understanding of staff management, intelligence operations, finance, disbursing agent, budget, and accounting concepts.
Security Clearance

A security clearance is required for this position.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
