Business Analyst Job Description

iQuasar, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to support one of our clients in a contract position. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client business needs and requirements
  • Assist in design and development of applications based on business requirements
  • Upgrade and modify applications per business needs
  • Create manual and automated test scenarios, and test the system accurately by the appropriate deadlines
  • Assist in preparing project plans and technical and functional specifications
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines
  • Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities
  • Be available for migrations (during non-standard business hours)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with Business Requirements Analysis
  • Experience with Agile and/or SAFe methodology
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business information resources management and business process improvement
