We are seeking an experienced Operational Lead to join our team as a Sterilization and Supply Chain Manager. As a key member of our Central Service department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our sterilization process.

About the Role:

  • Leadership and Team Management: You will lead a team of technicians in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in our sterilization processes.
  • Sterilization Process Optimization: You will work closely with our Quality Assurance team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supply Chain Management: You will manage our inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
  • Customer Liaison: You will act as a liaison between our hospital's customers, technical staff, medical staff, and other departments, providing exceptional service and support.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Three years of experience in Central Service Processing or Operating Room Procedural Support Technician role.
  • Certification: Central Service Processing Technician Certification, Certified Operating Room Technician Certification, or Surgical Tech Certification.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
