About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate closely with hardware and software engineers, as well as our sustaining and manufacturing teams.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting first-level failure analysis, bug fixes on shipping ODM and CM products, and working closely with the sustaining team. Additionally, you will perform PCBA bring-up using advanced diagnostic tools, execute EDVT measurements, and set up network traffic test equipment.

Key qualifications for this role include a BSEE or equivalent degree, 10+ years of relevant experience in hardware lab environments, and proficiency with oscilloscopes and multimeters. You should also have hands-on expertise in reworking connectors, ICs, and passive components, familiarity with Linux and other command-line environments, and experience collaborating with hardware and software engineers.

We offer a competitive salary range of $59,000 to $90,000 based on skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and work location.
