Job Overview

The Sr. IT Technician role at TeamLogic IT is a key position that requires a strong background in IT and excellent problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring system operation and functionality, responding to support requests in a timely manner, and serving as the initial reference point for all IT support-related tickets.

Sr. IT Technicians are expected to display good interpersonal skills, interact with colleagues from various departments, executive levels, and customers daily, and maintain updated knowledge of cybersecurity.

  • Resolve majority of escalated tickets
  • Independently setup and troubleshoot Windows Servers and firewalls
  • Independently troubleshoot network issues
  • Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a college diploma/degree in Computer Science, 5 years of experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP), and experience with desktop and server operating systems including Windows 10/11, Server 2019/2021, and Mac OS.

Candidates should also possess excellent communication and comprehension skills, a valid driver's license, vehicle, and ability to drive to customer locations when required.

A CompTIA Server+, Network+ or MCSE certification is highly desirable.
