  • Provide guests with food and beverage service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company beverage lines and drink recipes.
  • Follow all specified procedures to properly open and close the bar, including handling bar keys and running Micros reports.
  • Ensure adequate stock of beverages and bar supplies, adhering to established pars and routine procedures.
  • Assist in side work, including polishing glassware and maintaining the organization of the bar area.

**Requirements:**

  • Must speak and understand English well enough to interact with service staff.
  • Must have a minimum of one year of similar experience.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of wines and fundamentals of beverage mixing, inventory, and pars.
  • Must be familiar with Micros computer system and California liquor laws.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience with Micros Computer systems.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Hotel experience.

**Working Conditions:**

  • Stands and walks short distances throughout shift.
  • Bends, stoops, reaches, pushes, and lifts to perform routine tasks.
  • Frequently required to handle and move objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
