We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Brigantine Restaurants. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality and service to our guests, while also ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the bar area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages consistently adhering to our recipe standards.
  • Protect our establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and exceed their service expectations.
  • Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our menu, with the ability to answer questions and make suggestions.
  • Take orders, serve bar patrons, and process payment.
  • Keep designated service stations clean and organized.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory.
  • Ensure guests are enjoying their experience and take action to correct any problems.
  • Conclude the guest experience by acknowledging their choice of establishment and inviting them to return.
  • Complete assigned sidework at the beginning, during, and at end of shift.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years' bartending experience in a full-service restaurant (liquor, beer, & wine).
  • Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer.
  • A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire bar area and service wells.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to carry trays and supplies (up to 50 lbs.).
  • Must be of legal age to pour and serve alcohol.
  • Food Handler Certification.
  • Responsible Alcohol Service Certification.
