Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Service Representative to join our team at Precision Machinery Systems LLC. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide solutions and educate customers on our products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and customer concerns
  • Create quotes for products and services based on customer needs
  • Accept and process incoming purchase orders
  • Organize customer shipments through various modes including parcel, LTL, and FTL
  • Identify potential new customers through incoming communications and outreach efforts
  • Coordinate customer orders with manufacturing department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (approachable, positive, motivated)
  • Ability to sell and cross-sell
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required
  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, and organized

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
