This position will be based entirely in the office and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including fully funded health and dental insurance, a Health Savings Account (HSA) match, a 401k plan with traditional and Roth options, profit-sharing potential, and an employer-funded cash balance pension plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client calls and address incoming correspondence and inquiries.
- Input trade orders as directed by Financial Advisors and execute financial transactions.
- Prepare client reports and meeting materials, ensuring post-meeting follow-up tasks are completed.
- Facilitate client onboarding, including opening accounts, preparing necessary documents, ensuring compliance, and updating the database.
- Contribute to month and quarter-end reporting processes.
- Proficient in the firm's technology and software, actively participating in available training and education.
- Collaborate in the identification of opportunities to optimize workflows and processes, ultimately enhancing client service quality.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Series 65 and IAR (Investment Advisor Representative) or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, with experience in Tamarac, e-Money, and Money Guide Pro desired
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with the capacity to provide support to multiple advisors
