Logistics Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe handling of machines, inventory management, and warehouse organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Handling: Efficiently and safely load and unload machines, ensuring proper handling and secure transport.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to and promote a culture of safety within the warehouse, following established safety guidelines and procedures.
- Inventory Management: Assist in conducting regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies.
- Warehouse Organization: Support inventory management activities, including organization, labeling, and tracking of materials.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to stage machines in the warehouse, optimizing space and ensuring accessibility.
- Quality Control: Contribute to maintaining the quality of machines during handling and storage, reporting any damages or issues promptly.
- Cleanliness and Orderliness: Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.
- Special Projects: Support special projects or tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations is a plus
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of safety protocols and practices
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for Warehouse Operations: A passion for warehouse operations as well as a proactive mindset and are highly detail oriented
