Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs, to ensure the efficient operation of facilities.
- Fabricate and maintain equipment and tools to meet the needs of our operations.
- Utilize schematics and logic controllers to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize facility operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
- Work closely with the facilities team to ensure all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Participate in residential painting projects to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Possess a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to perform electrical maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance and repair, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Prior experience in fabricating and maintaining equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of residential painting projects and the ability to apply a high-quality finish.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical schematics.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with other departments and stakeholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- English language proficiency is essential for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting or standing for long periods.
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not essential for this role.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
