GPAC is a community bank that seeks to hire an experienced Branch Manager to lead their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing branch operations and driving new business growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Branch Manager to oversee the bank branch, implement strategies to attract new profitable business, maintain an ongoing business development program, and develop high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the bank branch, including management of day-to-day operations, employee supervision, and customer service delivery.
  • Development and implementation of business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Creation and execution of employee training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of banking experience with a strong background in retail management and business development.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of bank regulations pertaining to lending and debt collection.
  • Strong credit analysis skills and ability to analyze financial data.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct high-performing teams.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
