About the Role

The Operations Manager, T&D will oversee business operations by providing effective methods of day-to-day operations, maintaining and developing client relationships, estimating work, and recruiting/developing personnel for ongoing and future projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure organizational safety expectations are met by all employees
  • Monitor the financial performance and production of projects
  • Ensure contractual compliance for current and future projects
  • Develop, strengthen, and maintain long-lasting client relationships
  • Pursue business growth opportunities
  • Advise staff of company policy expectations
  • Lead, direct, and audit the work of assigned staff; act as a mentor
  • Coordinate employee performance reviews
  • Facilitate and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Other duties as assigned
About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in the utilities industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience (10+ years' in a leadership role within the construction or utilities industry).

The successful candidate will possess excellent salesmanship and communication skills, strong leadership and team-building skills, and a strong commitment to safety.
