Retail Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Service Specialist. As a key member of our branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and sales experiences to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legendary service to members and customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Offer a range of products and services, including DMV vehicle license, registration, and notary services.
  • Meet and exceed sales and service goals, earning incentives and recognition for outstanding performance.
  • Prepare and provide TripTik travel routings, marked road maps, tour books, and other travel-related materials.
  • Issue passport photos and accept payments for various products, providing accurate change and receipts.
  • Make hotel and car rental reservations for members and provide travel destination information.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment.
  • Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid notary license.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office basics.
  • Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, and travel locally when necessary.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
