Job Title: Network Lead

Computer Technologies Consultants (CTC) is seeking a highly skilled Network Lead to support our clients' team in Durham, NC. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

Job Responsibilities
  • Support connectivity for the operation and maintenance of the critical network environment.
  • Design and manage the WAN infrastructure and related processes.
  • Provide Production Support of the Network, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution.
  • Support the dispatch of circuit and hardware vendors involved in the resolution process.
  • Communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting the installation, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of agency-wide area networks (WANs) and local-area networks (LANs).
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or Engineering, or Four years of related experience may be substituted for the education degree requirement.
  • ITIL certifications specific to the position are preferred.
