Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cisco Network Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy Cisco network solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
  • Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor network performance and proactively address potential issues, troubleshoot network problems, and implement effective solutions.
  • Security Management: Implement and maintain network security protocols, including VPNs, firewalls, and IDS/IPS systems, and regularly audit network security to identify vulnerabilities.
  • System Administration: Administer and maintain Linux servers, including installation, configuration, and patch management, and manage Windows servers, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and security updates.
  • Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration of network and system components, document network configurations, system setups, and processes, and provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.
